• Most items can be returned for up to 30 days from the date of the original invoice.

• All returned items MUST have a valid Return Authorization number (RA). The RA# must be printed legibly on the outside of the box.

• You can get an RA # by calling us, or sending an e-mail with your original invoice number and the reason for the return or exchange.

• All Returned Items MUST be in New, Unaltered, Undamaged, Unsoiled, and in Re-Sellable condition. With all tags attached.

• You are responsible for the return shipping. NO COD’s will be accepted.

• If you are returning the item because the wrong item was shipped we will cover the return shipping back to you.  

• If you are returning the item for a size change, will cover the shipping back to you one time only.

• All other returns will be processed according to their specific circumstances.

• If your item was damaged in transit to you, call the shipper and file a claim with them. If you need help with this, please contact us and we will do what we can to help.

• Lingerie cannot be returned or exchanged.
